4 key things that will support your long-term success

1. Remember that consistency with small steps add up and can help you achieve better, bigger results over time.  “Many people overestimate what they can do in a shorter period of time and underestimate what they can do in a longer period of time.”

2. Take and acknowledge the wins. This practice is encouraged to help build confidence, support mental health, and keep the process of working toward your goals positive. The more positive the approach, the more sustainable it will be.

3. Stay aware – not overwhelmed.  It’s not about fixing or accomplishing everything at once. It’s about exploring things and figuring out what needs to be worked on and what realistic steps can be taken.

4. Find support.  Some people need guidance, while others need accountability to help with application and follow-through. Many people need both especially if you lack formal nutrition training. It’s easy to get confused and stressed about what to do and who to listen to. One of the BEST things you can do is get support.
