Pro Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC (“Pro Lifestyle Nutrition,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. Pro Lifestyle Nutrition, LLC provides nutrition coaching and corporate wellness services, including 1:1 coaching and related programs delivered in-person and virtually.

A. Information you provide to us
  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through our contact forms or by email. 
  • Appointment and service details: scheduling information, the service(s) you request, and communications related to your appointments.
  • Client and intake information: details you share as part of the nutrition coaching process, such as goals, lifestyle information, and relevant context needed to provide coaching.
  • Sensitive information (health-related): depending on the service, we may collect information such as nutrition history, weight and measurements, health conditions, medications, lab values you choose to share, and other information that supports your coaching plan.
  • Corporate wellness participation information: if you participate through an employer program, we may collect information needed to administer your participation.

When you use the Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
  • Device and browser details (such as IP address, device type, browser type)
  • Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken, referring pages)

  • Provide, deliver, and manage Services (including coaching and corporate wellness programs)

Service providers
We may share information with vendors who help us operate our business and provide Services (for example, scheduling tools, secure client portal/telehealth tools, website hosting, analytics, email and messaging providers, and payment processors). These vendors are permitted to use information only to perform services for us.

Client portal and telehealth tools
Our client portal is hosted through Practice Better, and our virtual sessions may be delivered through that platform.
If you use these tools, information you submit may be processed under the platform’s own privacy practices in addition to ours.

Corporate wellness clients (employers and organizations)
If you participate in a corporate wellness program arranged by your employer or organization, we may share limited information necessary to administer the program (for example, participation confirmation). When reporting results to an employer or organization, we strive to share information in an aggregated or de-identified format when appropriate.

Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if required to do so by law, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Nutrition coaching can involve sensitive, health-related information. We treat this information as confidential and limit access to those who need it to provide Services. We also aim to use secure platforms for virtual services, including a HIPAA-compliant telehealth system referenced for virtual coaching delivery.
Note: Whether HIPAA applies to your information can depend on how services are provided (for example, through certain health plans). If a separate Notice of Privacy Practices applies to you, we will provide it to you.
